We provide health solutions, case management, injury rehabilitation and treatment services to the personal injury, private medical insurance and corporate markets. From minor to catastrophic life changing injuries, our experience, expertise and strong professional relationships in the industry enable us to strike the right balance to get the best outcomes for our rehabilitation clients and those who support and represent them.

Founded in 2003, we continue to evolve, strengthening our proposition through talent, expertise and innovation, while staying true to our roots: focusing on outcomes and getting people back to their healthiest, happiest selves.

Our experience and expertise

Our case managers are qualified clinicians with a range of expertise. Embedded employee development and the expertise of our in-house Clinical Leads and Medical Director ensures we drive quality and support each other to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Our in-house capability

Our in-house development capabilities are second to none and mean we are agile and resilient. We have our own case management system and provide bespoke, streamlined integration with customer systems. We’re responsible for the first truly end-to-end digital MSK pathway and are proud of our roadmap for further digital innovation.

Our continued growth

In 2022, we acquired integrated health provider healthcare rm. Serving the corporate market, healthcare rm enables organisations to integrate all aspects of employee wellbeing, health and safety to improve mental and physical health in the workplace.

Families and victims alike must receive the right support to help them understand, cope and where possible minimise the impact of life changing injuries. The work that HCML has done so far with this is incredible and I look forward to helping it build on this success providing high-level care to those who need it.
