We are continually reviewing and improving the HCML employee experience. We listen to our colleagues and work together to make HCML a Great Place to Work®.

We hold regular Employee Wellbeing Workshops based on a range of health and wellbeing topics to provide useful information and a place for colleagues to come together and talk about the issues that are impacting them. This includes online sessions on mental health, hybrid working, sleep, the menopause and much more.
